ONLINE/VIRTUAL SESSIONS

Virtual sessions are a wonderful way for us to communicate. They allow us flexibility and freedom to work together from anywhere. We will be able to see body language and feel a better sense of connection to one another with the visual aspect of communicating. Typically, we meet for a 45-minute session each week, over Zoom. How long we work together depends on what we're working towards. I will become your teacher, mentor, collaborator, cheerleader, and accountability partner!

Do you take insurance?

Unfortunately, life coaching is not considered a medical expense, so it is not covered by health insurance. Someday this may be an expense covered by health insurance, but we are not there yet. Buying Plans reduces the cost per session. And if you're experiencing true financial hardship, please communicate this to me to see if we can come to an agreement. 

What is the process for scheduling and payment?

Start with a complimentary consultation and fill out the survey. If, after we meet, you’d like to work together, schedule your appointments through this website. Ideally, you will choose the same day and time weekly and will reserve your spots in advance.

Please book your appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

Please note: To schedule a session, you must complete the whole checkout process. If applying a coupon/PROMO code, it must be applied when booking. 

 

To ensure the session is scheduled, look for the confirmation email.

 

You will not be charged until after your session, when you receive an invoice via email. 

​

The invoice will offer payment by credit card.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please be respectful and give me at least 24 hours’ notice. I value our time together and hope you do too!  Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance, will result in a 50% charge of the service reserved.

Are our sessions confidential?

Except in limited circumstances, the confidentiality of all communications between a client and coach is protected under law, and no information will be disclosed outside the practice without written consent.  Limitations of such client-held privilege of confidentiality include previous agreement between coach/guardian/client (when client is underaged), suspected child abuse or instances where a client threatens or attempts to seriously harm themselves, or where a client threatens or attempts to cause grave bodily harm or death to another person.  

Do I need to create an account?

Creating an account will not only allow you to checkout faster, but will also allow you to see your scheduled and past appointments, and to rebook, cancel or reschedule easily.
